WHAT WE DO
Gastros Commissary is here to provide a Health inspected kitchen to food businesses of all types. We are here to help, not over charge. We will never charge you money for an application or charge you a monthly fee just to be a part of our kitchen like the others. We are not a non profit or a large corporation. We are small business owners who know how hard it is to own a food company. We own businesses ourselves. We have skin in the game, we are not landlords. You wont see any silly fees for dry storage or cold storage… you need this to be successful. Everything is all inclusive. We have health department inspections regularly and we go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
WHO WE ARE
Gastros Commissary is owned by Travis Gervasio and Owen Doyle. Between the two, they have over 30 years experience in both food processing and the mobile food / restaurant industry. After operating Gastros for over 5 years we took our experience, struggles, and knowledge, we decided to open a one stop shop commissary kitchen / consulting hub for small food businesses.

Gastros Commissary offers clean and professional equipment to conduct a wide array of food processes. We also offer consulting services that range from full company rebrands to HACCP compliance with a focus on food processing efficiency’s.
